In order to better serve our customers in North America, we have implemented a registration system for support. Once you have registered, you are eligible for free technical support.
Please click the link below to register your RME products. After registering for support, please click on the Synthax contact page for the tech support phone number and email address. Our telephone support hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. After hours and weekend technical support is provided by our partner, OBEDIA. You must be registered to receive support from Synthax or OBEDIA.
Technical support for RME products is provided at no charge for registered users in North America. If you require support with peripherals or non-RME software, a charge for support may be assessed at the discretion of the Synthax or OBEDIA support specialist.
