Synthax offers FREE tech support for registered users who have purchased their products through legitimate dealers in the US and Canada for a period of 30 days. Users must complete the Synthax Product Registration Form ( to the left ). Please be prepared to present proof of purchase, Serial Numbers, Dealer Name and Date of Purchase. This support may be either via e-mail or telephone at the discretion of Synthax. After 30 days, answers regarding implementation and/or compatibility may be addressed on a case-by-case basis with a potential charge of $45 per hour depending on the amount of time required. There is a minimum $25 per incident charge. Credit card orders only. |
